Rising Sun XII yellowing patent leather?

Hello everyone, I have a quick question;

I'm considering buying the Rising Sun XII (All-white 12's), but I was curious as to know if the patent leather on the sides will yellow?

I was examing the shoes today at footlocker, but it looks as if the material isnt patent leather, but just a clear layer of plastic...

can anyone give me some insight, to help me decide on the purchase?

It wont yellow after a few wears. However down the road it should.

I haven't seen anything or any complaints with the Rising Suns

but then again I dont even think thats patent leather

thats all patent leather is its leather under plastic

alright, I'm just a little worried, I had bought a pair of the all white IX low's...and they yellowed instantly!

I been rocking them regularly since about December and no signs of yellowing just yet.

I really like these thinkin of coppin another pair to keep on ice for a while, and start hoopin in the ones I already got
