I bought shoes from RMK store. And I paied with visa credit card. But tommorow there was an email from Rmk that demanding me to send copies of ID & credit card in order to check if it is credit card fraud or not. In website they say money is paid.
Do i really have to send the copies

RMK has a reputation for being a little iffy to say the least. Personally I wouldn't purchase from them. I've heard a lot of mixed reviews.

Now to the email: I would say "refund please."

You have no insurance they will not retain a copy of your information/or store it on some vulnerable server. I mean the first sentence of the email and their questionable history is enough for me to just get my $ back.

I wouldn't do what they're asking. It's not safe and that's a little concerning that they would request that through an email. I wouldn't send either one of those pieces of information to anyone via email let alone a store because you're putting your personal info at risk. I'm honestly surprised this is how they conduct business unless this is a scam from someone pretending to be them. Either way timmybrixxx is right on this one. Get a refund, no clothing item including shoes is worth the risk in my opinion.

I also wanted to add that any reputable retail location I've ever dealt with would always just cancel the sale no questions asked if they suspect fraud. Doing that protects both parties if it's in fact a fraudulent charge. There's also no way they can guarantee that somebody hasn't already compromised your information and gained control of your email, ID and your credit cards. Companies don't usually like to take risks on any level.
