St. Alfreds size run disappeared quick. Burn had the asian feet size disappear fast, but the other ones are still present when I posted that link, lol.

Shops probably got a couple size runs each and most people who wanted them already got em. The beasts and resellers are more concerned with Gamma XI today. Americana's will probably be sold out by the end of the day anyways.

Most of the popular boutiques are releasing in-store only today. Try some of the overseas. I'm not sure who else is going online, but any leftovers will probably go up there.
