I have Rosetta Stone for Japanese. It works well as I was able to pick it up fairly quickly but when I try to practice speaking it to my Japanese friends they told me that people don't speak Japanese like that and that it's too formal. Word to popcornplaya saying being immersed is the best way to learn.
