right click the icon of the program, select properties.
there should be a tab for "compatibility" click it.
click "run this program in compatibility mode for" : (pick one) XP service pack 3 should suffice
apply, and play the game.

i cant install disk it says, because its not 32 bit Vista, is there away to make it install?
