basically you sprint the width of a basketball court in a minute, with the goal of running 17 widths. My junior season, the most I ever got was 16.
I ran it every practice with the team but never ever got better as the season progressed. How are you supposed to distribute your energy, save it for the end? Possibly my endurance didnt allow me to run 17 because we never did long distance running in practice, it was all quick sprints and 5on5 ball.
