Whats a good new running shoe that i can pick up from footlocker? (for a friend) 6 ft 210 lb

quickly please

thats real tough to say. majority of nike runners are for neutral runners. asics and the other brands tend to have a bigger balance between cushioning andstability.

it really depends on his foot

is he a serious runner?

based on his weight....he needs a shoe with full length cushioning with a durable midsole.

my suggestion: Air Max 360. full length max air with firm cushioning. not much support,
but his weight will allow for the impact to be returned to him, which will take the pressure
off his knees/back. plus, air doesn't break down, so the life of the shoe will last longer.

The Beast is a Control shoe, the Kayano is a Support shoe. If you need one, you can't need the other. The Brooks Trance 7 is the direct competitor tothe Kayano 14.
