Both retail over $130 but if you go to running warehouse or road runner sports with vip you can get below $130 easily.

I have run marathons, and that's not a thing runners do.  It's more a generic "26.2" or "13.1" sticker that I would never paste on my car.

What are the best running shoes. 

My max budget is $130

Best bet is to have a running analysis done at your local running store if you are trying to get serious about running.  Too many variables for anyone to just blindly give you recommendations.  I use Brooks running shoes.  You also have Asics (too narrow for me) as well as Mizuno.

I run in lunar racer. Can't complain.

Then again i'm not a serious runner.

I would do like others said and go to a running store if you're serious about it.
