The problem with their school is that for the last twenty years or so they've been funneling money away from the academics program and putting it into the sports programs. Yet to this very day their football program is running at a deficit after some success. They've dropped dramatically in US rankings compared to what they use to be. So essentially, unless you're getting a full ride, it's probably not worth it. I read a book on this actually, forgot the name of it. This book actually made me despise D1 sports scholarships and this idea of them being essentially a semi pro league, where many times the student athletes aren't up to par academically to be admitted or to stay on par at said school, nor do they actually finish the school even if they don't make it professionally.Originally Posted by br00klynrebel
