That proposition doesn't mean jack. These 'escorts' advertise all over the Bay Area. You see their ads in local magazine such as The Wave and onCraigslist. Law enforcement knows about these escorts just like every massage parlor around the Bay and other cities. They just act on it when there's acomplaint, especially if it's an AMP.

Yup. Although to be fair, a small (very small) % of escorts really are just escorts. I know a girl who did it for a while, she didn't have sex with any ofher clients. They would literally pay her to be with them at business parties/social functions. Many would offer cash on top of her going rate for sex, etc.,but she declined.
