Saving Upgrade for Iphone/Bold - Any smartphone suggestions for the time being less than $200?

I would very much like something with a keyboard whether onscreen or qwerty - either unlocked or At&T

Any phone savvy NTers wanna give me a few suggestions - I've always been more believing of hands on reviews instead of cnet etc.

I'm on the Blackberry Tour for Sprint. If you are into web browsin, music & videos obviously go for the iphone because of it's large screen but ifyou are into emails, text, microsoft word, microsoft excel, business applications go for da blackberry
