Scammed on eBay...Dudes are that broke??

Thats son's info....I bought a Sidekick on eBay for $112...and he says he shipped the sidekick out to the address thats in my paypal account..
So when I tracked the phone,it was delivered to a whole different zip code

.. I sent him madd messages,and he says the zipcodes are the same...
I already filed a claim and his account is frozen until the claim is resolved...

I mean its only $112 - but its the principal...I don't want to give any bum money for nothing...
