He said he was home when the mail came and there was no package.
I just talked to him on AIM and he said he called the post office yesterday and they said since the package wasn't insured, there was nothing he could do.
I know he's lying, but I guess there's nothing I can do...

i think op should get all his money, but just b/c 4 some reason someone is giving the other some benefit of the doubt he should at least pay half. the trckingsays delivered to the guys address

Yeah, he needs to do something about it. They say delivered and that's all you had to do. Now, idk if they actually got there but it surely says that onthe shipping updates. I don't think you should get the money til he gets the shoes but not doing anything about it will not result in him getting theshoes. If he never gets them, then oh well move on.

This guy is a joke...he wants me to drive out to bethpage which is the last post office the shoes were at to go and see whats up...I told him i would try butthat I work full time in the city so for me to drive all the way to betpage which is approx 45min to an hour away from me is a little absurd. I told him ididnt have the shoes, and i still dont. if anything i should be the one complaining that i sent some supremes and all i got in return are some dooms. I dontdoubt he didnt send the shoes but im not sending money until i get my shoes, thats the way a deal works because then i end up loosing even more. I called thepost office at bethpage and explained the situation, they asked if the pkg was insured i said no, so basically what they told me was if the shoes arelost/stolen or whatever the case may be they cant do anything about it since it wasnt insured. He doesnt want to believe me, thats his problem, i spoke to himover aim, he threatened to come to NY and "handle" the situation and told me it wouldnt be through talking, even through the threat, and him justbeing a jerk, i totally understand where he was coming from so i did my part in calling and finding out any info...Im sorry things didnt work out the way weboth wanted them to, but like i told him, its not fair for me to send any money if i didnt get any shoes. Call me a scammer whatever you want, but all i knowwas that i shipped first, he got his shoes he shipped and i only got 1/3 of what i was supposed to get.
