Oh man, had the same story. Some jerk seller on ebay from France. Bought the cpd 10/13, was too small so asked to exchange to a larger size.Seller said fine no problem. I send them back and get all the BS excuses about how the other size is on the way and must be held at customs or something. Luckily I filed a claim before the 45 days and got my money back
