Depends on what kind of scholarship you're looking for. Doesn't hurt to be well qualified, but there are some that depend on an essay, communityservice, etc. Also check for odd, out of the way scholarships that would probably have less people applying

^ Haha just having some humor. All serious now though, I believe you have to have GOOD grades.. Usually people get scholarships if they're good in sports..Are you?

I believe there are scholarships for different race/ethnicities. You don't even have to be predominately that race.... We're talking like being 1/8thnative american or something like that... Talk to school counselors, they know all the loop holes to hook you up
