Yes.
But to zzzz..That was only the King County Council's vote...City Council is a different story. Still a ways out from getting an NBA/NHL team out here. Great start, but far from being done.

He's right with that...I skimmed your post. The Sonics won't come back through expansion. It would be a team relocating to Seattle.
