Actions speak louder than words and Rush Limbaugh is seen as a racist fool so I can understand not responding to Rush. It's like the saying "Don't argue with fools..."

Yeah I agree that Rush is a fool or is seen by some as a fool but even with that Rush has MILLIONS of followers and other "fools" by his side that are for him no mattter what. This isn't just some clown on the radio that has no backers and no financial systems behind him giving him power. We need to stop and recognize that for a moment. I don't like Rush at all and I see him as a fool but he's a fool with power nonetheless. Even if McNabb had disagreed with Rush's comment and spoke about the plight of black athletes from the days of Jackie Robinson past and present that would have been something. Instead McNabb kept quiet, just like a good little house ***** is suppose to. Why do you think Bernard Hopkins and Stephen A. Smith, people that are widely respected in Philly have said things about McNabb. I mean come on now, let's not play games here.

I've been to his annual football clinic before and dude shows up and it's not just a hi and bye for the cameras like many other athletes. He may not talk big but McNabb is a active dude in the community and that means way more than talking trash to Rush Limbaugh.

Well good for McNabb and good for you in that regard.

Who said anything about wanting McNabb to act like a fool?? Please show me. Just like he didn't act a fool against T.O. he could have done the same thing and not acted like a fool against Limbaugh. Folks act like they are scared to speak out or up against white people if need be.

That's right champ, that's because I'm not playing games with these racists out here and I damn sure ain't playing games with these house ****** out here that are helping to assist these racists. As far as McNabb goes, he chose not to say something when Rush Limbaugh played the race card on him, and maybe that fine's if and only IF McNabb is not the confontational type. Fast forward a few months later T.O. said something against him and McNabb responds. Now to me McNabb would probably been okay if he just responded to T.O. and left race out of the mix. Instead McNabb played and showed his sellout card for the entire world to see when he described the incident with T.O. in his own words as "black on black crime". When the white man played the race card on him, McNabb said nothing, when T.O. spoke unfavorable on McNabb without even bringing race into the equation McNabb responds by bringing race into the matter. That's how a sellout operates, he'll come down on his own people but he won't dare speaking negative on a white person.

Can't agree with this leap in logic or quickness to judge at all. I mean seriously what the **** is a sellout card now? You continue to cite one instance to claim McNabb is a sellout/uncle tom/house ****** and to me it's just not cutting it. You can feel some way about it but you're definition of sellout is coming off very arbitrary and not objective.

I already commented on the McNabb/TO thing but you calling other members on here house ******* is definitely aint calling a spade a spade man. Seems more like you're overly emotional about the topic and this specific issue in regard to McNabb.

Tyler Perry went from livin' in a car, to owning his own movie studio/company. If you cannot commend an African American man for doing that, than your a fool. I personally do not care for his films because all romantic comedies end the same. I don't really like the cinematography and production. I do think some negative Black stereotypes appear within Tyler's films, but what Black production doesn't nowadays? Spike Lee has every right to voice his opinion on Tyler Perry, but I hope Spike wasn't tryna playa hate.

I can't comment on the T.O & Donovan situation because I do not follow the NFL.

Now Nicki may actually enjoy being different, has an affinity for pop culture/music and love it. Sold out because she could get more money doing Pop & Hip-Hop at the same damn time? Ya'll are comical. You guys think the label brainwashed her into crossing over for the label's own benefit. Maybe she wanted a change and got bored wit' Hip-Hop. Mind you this woman came from rappin' on the steps in the hood, to being an domestic/international household name.



Selling out is when something/someone tells you to do something you don't agree with/compromises your art/beliefs, and you fold and conform to attain social/financial status and benefit. (Someone up there already said it, I know.)
