its the fact that she sold drugs from her house and her children were present.



not only is that endangering the welfare of a child, IT IS DRUG DEALING.

her debt to society needs to be paid but i agree 10 years is EXCESSIVE, but i cant say i sympathize.

Maybe the children will be placed with relatives who will in turn be a better influence on their lives. Like they weren't going to grow up and be hellions anyways, regardless if their ma went to jail or not.

Judge Susie Pritchett, who has since retired, said that she was "lenient" by not putting the grandmother in prison and that selling marijuana was "a way of life" for Spottedcrow. Maybe we're confused, $31 is not a way of life for any individual. Spottedcrow worked at a nursing home and is far from being a menace to society. But Pritchett sees the situation differently.
