School that have uniforms, would a homosexual male be allowed to wear a skirt if he chooses?

I wonder since this is a new day and age if schools would be forced to allow it since someone might hit them with the "discrimination" card

I know it sounds like a crazy question but I am serious..........

u be thinking of some off the wall !%#$ bo. Go head and wear the skirt if you want to don't ask us.

what the deuce? do you mean transgendered? Because homosexual means you're gay and doesn't necessarily mean they want to dress and/or act like a woman

Thats why I said 'IF HE WANTED TO" wear a skirt. Meaning I am not saying all homosexual men wear skirts

What difference does it make if he's gay? you can be a straight and cross dress.

And to answer your lame question, it depends on the school district. Some schools do allow it, others do not.

Back in high school, this wanna-be chick dude wore lipstick and fingernail polish everyday then finally went full drag one day. Heels, flare pants, blouse, braids, earrings... It was truly a disturbing sight. Sure he got a talkin to but doubt he got in trouble.

As for your question, it depends on the dress code. If a skirt clause is clearly omitted then he "could" but best believe the code would be rewrittento include "Guys MUST wear pants" and whatnot..

Yea because I remember when I was in middle school, we had uniforms and the boys HAD to wear pants. But the girls were allowed to wear skirts ORpants.

That is wild though LOL.

read my mind. DC, there seems to be a trend to the questions/topics that you start. Many involve homosexuality and whatnot. You're not one of thosecloset gays that hate themselves, are you?

We actually had a dude go full drag at our highschool as well. The dude thought he could use the men's bathroom. They beat the brakes off that dude forgoin in there. So he had to use the nurse's office. Dude hung around nothing but girls and I think some of them actually started to believe he was one. Iremember this chick tried to fight him in the hallway, and he yelled "You forgot I was a dude!" Dude crushed that young lady. Back to the topic. Likedude said its up to the district. There are certain issues that have to be addressed such as the childs safety and various social issues.

if the school has a dress code, im pretty sure its a private school, and if its a private school u got no rights

and this is a dumb question, the dress code would be simple if a school had one.

MALES must wear shirt/tie and slacks
FEMALES wear blouse and skirt/dress.

that doesnt change if your gay.

Many school's dress codes don't say that men CAN'T wear skirts; kinda just understoodI guess.

I HAVE seen dress codes that say women CAN'T wear pants.

See where I am going with this.

Why do you always ask this. I ask a LOT of hypothetical questions Dirty. Come on man you should know this by now. What ifs.........

When I was in HS there were a couple of dudes like this. Our dress code was girls could wear skirts, pants, and certain dresses. Boys were supposed to wearpants and we could wear shorts too, but there was no rule saying that guys could not wear skirts/dresses. These dudes would come to school with their hairgelled down or pulled back in those shorts with the skirt flap in the front on the reg and never caught any flack from the school staff that I knew of,students on the other hand weren't as lenient.
