Does anyone know the back story on this? And outcome?

Basically it seems that Sheriff pulls over an ambulance (w/ patient) for a failure to yield? Then Sheriff attempts to arrest the in-charge Paramedic?

On video alone, it seems like the Sheriff did not handle the situation correctly - Jus seein if anyone else has heard something on this story.
