Seems like Hong Kong - in Hong Kong there are also a bunch of mom & pop stores full of good stuff

skit used to be good for finding some old stuff for super cheap. nowadays, i think most of the japanese spots get picked clean by people like gusto. the one in osaka is super small. the one in kichijoji is bigger but it's basically like most consignment shops all over the world i guess. we have truest in hawaii. dude that owns it is a really nice guy.
