How deep does the rabbit hole go? You think doctors are in cahoots with it too?

Its been proven doctors routinely take the complaints of pain and its severity by black patients less seriously than they do of white patients.

So whether they're knowingly in cahoots is really the question.

Regardless doctors simply don't take black patients as seriously and I'd have to say gauging pain with various ailments matters a lot when it comes to compassionate release. If you don't even believe your patient is in that much pain you have no reason to vigorously advocate for them.

The CR process is spearheaded by medical, not law enforcement.

The medical field has its version of systematic racism as well so we just went from racist institution to another.

Somewhat unrelated, but just curious...do you believe the myth that hospital staff won't work as hard to save your life if you are an organ donor?

Not familiar with this "myth" so no but replace organ donor with black and yeah.

Pain is not a factor at all for CR. You can be in agonizing pain proven beyond a shadow of doubt, and if that is your only ailment, your CR request won't go through. You'll be given pain management and get told to keep it pushing.
You need a medical diagnosis with a prognosis where death is eminent in sub 12 months.

it's a 3rd party that collects the organs that has no affiliation with the hospital

hospitals are graded and ranked on saving lives and treating patients
people who care for patients have no baring or don't even deal with the organs.
