Your neighbors and/or their guests are dumb as rocks. Grew up on a cul-de-sac and everyone had parties all the damn time. Block parties, graduations, 4th of July, and so on. Everyone knew how to park. Never one issue. Common f****g sense. Either they're dumb or inconsiderate. Park along the outer edge of the circle as far up the street as need be. Don't block anyone's sh*t.
