SHOULD I FILE A LAWSUIT? AND GO PRO SE?

I was sitting in my caron a Saturday reading a book and two officers came up to my window,(Officer Baisa being the arresting officer) after stepping out of mycar (with the suspicion that they wanted to see my registration becauseI had ripped CA tags on my rear license plate) I was immediatelyhandcuffed. After I was handcuffed, my car was illegally searchedwithout a search warrant. After finding my keys in the car, they openedmy trunk wherein they found my safe and my medical marijuana, horticulture Bible, empty canisters and $160 in cash. After having my4th amendment violated with trespass to my chattel (home by vehicle),they impounded my car which cost my Mother hundreds of dollars to takeout of the lot. And since my parents have financial issues, they had to do theimpound through a third party which eventually ended up through losingmy vehicle due to a false imprisonment case that was later dismissed. Ialso missed midterms (I am a college student at CSUN) whichconsequently led to bad grades because I could not make them up. I wantjustice to be served because I feel that it was completely wrong forthe officers to arrest me and throw me in jail while I was just readinga book, also by seizing my car and hence limiting me of my educationalopportunities.

The reason I want to go pro se is because I might lose the case and thus have to pay a lawyer. I'm thinking of just dropping the case because I let the officers know where the key to my safe was - and I'm guessing that's a legal statute to be able to search my items - also I was out of town under a suspended driver's license. What would y'all do in this situation?

So let me get this straight.

YOU were sitting in your car reading a BOOK on a SATURDAY; a car which just so happened to have a safe in the trunk, where you kept your "medical marijuana", $160 dollars in cash, and a horticulture bible (don't even know what the F_ that is)?

Comon son. Don't get mad at the cops because you slept your way through "Proper Drug Dealing 101", and received a final grade of F+.

the three strikes law here in California states that an individual who commits the same crime three different times can be convicted of life in prison...

Can I get life in prison if I disturb the peace three times?

I'm asking because I'm probably going to "disturb the peace" and I already have one strike...

is this the same incident?...

I need some questions cleared up for me regarding the laws here in California (mainly the Los Angeles County and Santa Barbara County), I've been gathering too much attention for no reason and I need to be prepared the next time I am to get pulled over, approached on foot, etc. As some of you know, I've been going through some wrongful police treatment lately and I need help for the future...

1. If I have evaded the constable (police) and have been arrested before, if I were to get involved in another high speed chase what are the implications? Jail time? Ticket(s)? Traffic School? DMV restrictions? Etc?

2. If I were to be approached on foot, what are my rights? What can/can't the police do?

3. I was arrested 2 weeks ago in SB; I was sunk in my seat while reading a book when a peace officer came to the side of my window and asked me to step out. I then complied and was IMMEDIATELY handcuffed without probable cause. They thus search my car without a search warrant or consent (illegal search and seizure). After searching my car they find a nug of
pimp.gif
and open my trunk (again I tell the officers that they don't have any right to search my trunk). They find my safe, where the officer could smell my oz of
pimp.gif
and informs me that if I don't tell him where the key is, they would break open my safe (being on the safe safer side I consent for them to look in my safe hoping my medical marijuana recommendation prescription verification form is in the safe). After 'searching' my car, they couldn't find my script and thus I went to county for 13 nights/14 days. Consequently the tow truck lot charged $700 for my car to get it out of impound. Now I'm deprived of my medication, my stash that was in the safe and worst of all my freedom was taken from me. Can I open a case and win?
