I dont get where his buzz is coming from all of a sudden. Chuck Inglish is way better than him, yet Mikey Rocks gets all the shine.... it irks me

Mikey is SUPER nice. _'s just not going to give him that type of love yet cause he doesn't have the resume to back it up. When people think of Mike they think of the OG Cool Kids sound with the basic rhymes over gimmicky retro 80's-esque beats. He's undergone a Lil Wayne / Rick Ross like transformation in the sense that he's THAT much better than his early days. Ski Beatz himself said that Mikey is going to be one the main dudes to usher in a new regime of spitters amongall these new acts in the game. Premier Politics was for the ladies but Rocks Report showed his skillset off.

He's not the best rapper but he knows how to pick beats and he knows how to flow on these beats which makes him interesting to me.

Just started listening to his two mixtapes last week and they have been on repeat ever since.
