Sizing fit on 12' cement 4s

Anybody that plays ball in these, do u wear the same size as any other hoop shoe? I'm a 12 in every nike shoe, hyperdunks and the new aj28. But the toe box on these cements seem so high that they feel too loose/big. Anyone else have this problem? I don't want to ball in these and then they really get too loose.

Btw my first retro pickup since the garbage they started dropping 06' which made me stop buying Js. Lovin these new IVs tho
