I kinda sorta see something in one pic i think maybe almost...

How much did you pay?

And its a well known fact shipping any pair of shoes in a shoe box can cause minor scuffing. Those toeboxes look PERFECT bro.

when did they release? if they have been out for sometime maybe just through people handling them etc not sure if they bought them at a store or outlet etcothers may have just grabbed them and dirty hands got them a bit dirty but they look good aside from the minor smudges...if you dont like them that much bc ofit just see if you can get a refund.

yeah ill try and take some better pics, i used my iphone. lol, but they far from perfect. paid $165.

i got some high hair sb's from there and i didnt have a prob. but i know one guy ordered some 360's and one shoe was messed up and the other was clean.

It doesn't even look that bad fam...i mean if your really going to look hard at it i can see whats wrong.

Shipping might have a factor in that too.

Lol...

Seriously, you're REACHING. There's like ONE visible mark on the shoe. Everything else you mentioned could be attributed to the shoe either beingstored in the box for a long while or being on display. Besides, they're going to get dirty when you wear them anyway... Nitpicking won't keep yourshoes clean forever. Just enjoy them while you have them.

^^^^^ Yeah, I guess the pics don't do them justice, I guess I gotta get a better camera just for sutitations like this.

But I'm sure if u paid money for something that was suppose to be brand new and came looking already used u wouldn't be to happy and just let it rockeither.

I just want what I paid for, is that to much to ask this a legititmate website not eBay, I expect them to do a little better.

And I actually have a pair of all white Air forces that I rocked since May that have less scuffs than these, but I guess everyone has their own standards onwhat they are willing and not willing to accept, to each their own i guess.

But ur point is well taken, thanx.

I can kinda see it too. Either way, IMO, you should be satisfied or your money back. I'm always a lil iffy buyin shoes online cuz u never know whatyou're gonna get. If I can, I'd rather get em from the store.

Arent those shoes over 3 years old dude? Did you expect them to be white forever?

Does it matter? Unless skiptomyshoe.com said "Absolutely no returns for yellowing/scuff marks", then he has every right to want toreturn it. They aren't replying to him or trying to be helpful.

These asinine comments have nothing to do with return policies. Assuming he bought them not knowing they were already yellowed, he should be at least be ableto get his money back and return them.

If I paid $165 for a shoe and it was yellowed, and I didn't know (Key word: Didn't) they were yellowed, then I'd want my money back.

Yes of course any legit retailer(not individual seller)should refund an unhappy customer but saying "skiptomyshoe SCREWED me" in the title no less ispretty unjustified.

When did you first email them? If it's friday night or something, atleast wait till the next business day (monday) to have a legitimate complaint. I canunderstand the yellowing, but the so called "scuffs" ain't that serious. But at the same time I can see where you're coming from, especiallyif you paid alot.

well I'm saying they screwed me, because I got the kicks last week Monday (10/12/09), Upon opening the box I emailed them immeditately that night informingthem their was a problem. They didn't respond until Wednesday asking me for pics which I sent the sameday, then I didn't here back until this pastWednesday, asking me for my number, and I have not heard anything since.

2 weeks 2 emails, hardly seems like they are interested in resolving the issue..

I understand their old kicks, but that dosent mean they should look worn and if that's the case it should be stated that they are slightly yellowing, chipping etc. I know of other websites that sell old shoes that clearly state the condition of the shoes their selling. I don't think that's too muchto ask.

As much as people on here ( including myself) complain about the lack of quality in some of the Brand New kicks Nike / JB put out, I'm sure if U'llcould see them in person u'll would feel the same way.

So basically it feels like they are blowing me off, or in other wordS I'm getting screwed.

They certainly don't look worn at all but they do look slightly damaged.

You should e-mail them a link to this post so they can see they are hurting their reputation by having such slow customer service. It's worked lots oftimes for other people buying from other places online.

Damn bro thats messed up. Try calling them. I bought 2 pairs once I think they were the best deal I Ever got online

In their FAQ section is states that they don't except any returns or exchanges unless they shipped the wrong size or item, so technically you DID get theservice that you paid for...

I'm not trying to defend that website, I'm just being a realist. You bought a 4-5 year old pink box sb that's predominantly white and made with materials that notorious for yellowing easily over time...

Either way, good luck.
