"Nasty"- meaning dope or cool e.g. "That no scope headshot was nasty!"
"Cudi"- Bro, friend, and sex e.g "I got some cudi last night", and "What's up cudi"... but I think everyone knows this one
"Vicious"- same meaning as nasty
"Sick"- In SoCal, but used by mainly white people, same meaning as nasty

It started off as a vallejo/crestside thing. then when the hyphy movement came around, it spreaded over the bay. Its kinda died out now tho.

I'm from the Bay Area and I've heard this many times and I say it too, it's normal.
But SoCal is a totally different thing and like what 17708 said, it spread with the hyphy movement
