Sleep Paralysis unnapreciation

Anyone else go through these?
Every now and then i have the same dream of me in an elevator falling and i cant scream or yell
Then i wake up mad rapid, breathing fast

Anyone go through these?

OMG YESSS!
i hate it so much
i lay in the bed awake, not able to move the slightest inch
not even able to blink or scream for help
that *##! is scary man

I caught one at work at my desk like a month ago

. I tried to yell for my man to wake me up but couldn't. Finally got up and told dude.He was goin on me the rest of the day

well, haven't yalls had a dream that resulted into waking up in sudden shock, and not being able to move/function for a bit, till you comeback to yoursenses?

i have them all the time. just had one 2 days ago.

been havin them since whatever year Free Willy came out.

scariest thing ive been through. it sucks. im probably gonna die from this later on in life.
