Sneaker Head Book Ideas

Planning on writing a book on the life of a teenage sneakerhead. The only problem is I need some help coming up with a problem to solve during the story. Im thinking the boy trying to cop some rare *** shoes or something idk hit me up with ideas guys!!!!
