There is a spot off of Mechanicsville turnpike right before you cross into Hanover that claims to have some. Haven't been myself to see what they have but Target and Walmart have small ones. Poppers, flamers, but not firecrackers.

yeah i was tryna get them south carolina ones tho. Ashland got a couple stands and stuff too
