So I got my 2nd speeding ticket this month, hired a lawyer...whats going to happen?

I mean, speeding is speeding, there is no legit argument...I just hired him to get me the best deal (i.e lowest amount of fine/keeping it off my record)

you;ve never heard of it??? They go to court for you, etc, handle everything, and then get you a reduced fine, etc....

The reduced  fine won't matter depending  on the lawyers  fee

it was only like $50....and last time my friend did it, it was $30...thats it...nothing after

I hope you paid your first balance off. In GA, if you get a ticket and you don't pay it all off up front, you're on probation until the balance is cleared. Yes, PROBATION.


You're definitely getting points on your license though.

You might of had luck with the first ticket not going on your record. I highly doubt you'll get both the tickets kept off your records.
