I think someone tried to buy something from me with a stolen credit card. I only had the account for about 24 days but when i got a payment for a pair ofBlack/Red XX3's and transferred to my bank account I got a call from a rep about 2 hours later. He reversed the transaction and put the money back into mypaypal and told me that he was going to put a hold on my account.

that happend to my friend too. i sended him some money from my account and wrote something with "sex" on it just for fun ... they locked it . hecalled them and asked why
they said because they they dont support stuff like this. and then he ahd to proof that he knows me and it was just for fun...

which is why I don't see why ppl don't withdraw their money asap. I just got a $4 refund from the live.com discount and I withdrew itwith the quickness

Oh this is a easy fix. I had money locked in my paypal account locked for about 2 years it was the best account they offered. I just recently regained accessto it. If they lock it all you have to do is play like you forgat your password and use the forgat paswwoed option and you will have to answer all the securityquestions (key is to know the answers). I did this and it said my account was fully restored.
