Transaction history from me: payment via paypal sent sept.4th, cleared and received sept 15th.
last message from him sept 30th: "yo bro did you get you shoes yet i havent heard from you yet get back to measap"
So I just filed a claim via paypal today seeing as its now October 7th and I haven't heard from him in a while and its been 3 weeks sincethe payment cleared. Also to note, he is located in Virginia and I am located in Nova Scotia however shipping for me takes 7-10 business days tops in terms ofreceiving. Anyways I was wondering if anyone has filed a claim on paypal before and if so how'd it go. Also, you think I should just keep waiting andcancel this claim? or keep the claim because it is obvious dude is lowballing me.
