So NT Whats better? Halloween Horror Nights Or Howl O Scream?

I know its early to be planning but i don't procrastinate and hate last minute planning.
Need ppls reviews/opinions about what park is better to go to.
I've been to HHN, have fun and liked it and all. but looking for something better
heard that Busch Gardens has all the rides even water ones open at night.

howl-O-scream in the bush gardens here in tampa sucks as$ yes they have most of the rides open but the point is to go get scared not the for the rides
