I ordered 6 pairs of shoes on July 19 and it took them 2 weeks to ship 2 of them out. 2 got cancelled as they were out of stock. Then I got pissed so I canceled the remaining pairs as well.

After having cancelling, they still sent out the remaining shoes and charged my card.

To make things worst they only sent out 1 pair of shoes on the first delivery instead of 2 but both were marked as shipped.

Their non-existent customer service is taking days to reply and when they do, it's a generic reply.

Still waiting for the missing pair.

Idiot CS replied again but was talking about the wrong shoe in the order.

I clearly gave the SKU and even the tracking number. SMH.

Had a similar issue with them last month with my roshes. Took almost 4 weeks from the time I ordered to when they arrived. For 50$ it was worth the wait.
