I also came up on 2 pair of roshes and vans but the communication and shipping took forever.

I emailed customer service and requested to get my shipping costs back due to the delay and without hesitation refunded me back like $15.

Shoes came the next couple of days.

I think they generally ship from stores and not warehouses for sneakers. It's possible for them to have sold it at a store before your order was processed.
