My friend was asked to go on Judge Judy for a $2,000 case over back rent, and she declined. Her landlord agreed though. Both parties have to agree to the show, iirc. I think TV court is very different than real court.

So the kids can move out but then pay to have the house demolished? Like someone else stated why not sell the house and use that money for the surviving kids? That just seems strange.
