I almost thought it was a joke but I remember hearing about this practice in the past.
In some parts of Africa, women often are blamed for being raped for enticing men or simply being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Girls who are raped often are shunned by their families.
Damn shame.

Saw a news report today where they interviewed the father, the mother, and the girl's sister, and all they talked about was how the little girl had itcoming because she hung out with boys and now the girl has shamed the family. They want the boys freed because it will bring further shame to their family tokeep it in the news, and the girl was put in protective custody, but they want her back to teach her a lesson. I think we have a leader in the clubhouse for"Most Dysfunctional Family of the Year."

This really upsets me, one of the kids at my camp is a pervert and got kicked for touching girls. He even admitted that he was a pervert, these kids parentsgotta do something about it.

This was done in America. Wake up!
Children are being exposed to violence and sex at a very young age and cases like these are just some of the
consequences.

Still has nothing to do with it.
Many cases like these have also happened in the States. It has nothing to do with location.
Like I said before children are exposed to sex and violence at an young age and this is one of the consequences.
