If I take a life what gives you the right to take mine?

I understand sentencing a man life in prison, but taking their life? IMO that makes the person doing the lethal injection a murderer too.

i think for crimes like murder, robbery, rape and molestation, criminals should be put to death. it would make other people think twice before breaking thelaw.

Robbery? You're sick dude.

Most murderers and rapists wouldn't think twice because they're already too sick in the head for the most part. Also there's too many innocent guysin jail for me to ever condone killing these people. I support life time sentences, especially for most rapists. I realize it comes from tax dollars but if youwant to keep other humans off the street then you have to pay up. There's ideal situations where capital punishment should be allowed but there's notenough knowledge to do it right.

Ok serial murder's(not no accidental or heat of the moment like you found out someone did your family wrong),serial rapist, child molestors, and thosemessed up people who torture should be put to death right after a Rigours trial. A trail with DNA, Lie detector's, and all the forensic available. Its awaste of 60-100gs a year just to keep them in jail for decades.

Yeah but while the horrible people waste away in prison we lose out on money feeding them,clothing the, and medicating them cause they just hurt themselves inthat jail. It cost ALOT of money to just let these people waste away when you can just use a bullet and a shove and be done with it. Compared to prisonsoutside of the US the prison here are heaven because of the treatment.

But robberies take material things, not lives. Until they start taking lives, I fail to see the logic in your argument. And the bestrobberies/robbers make it so there is nobody around to harm.

So say a man is in desperate need of money and he robs a store with a fake weapon, doesnt harm anyone, and takes money from a company thats grossing millions ayear, he should be killed?? Rapists and serial murders can be put to death but for robbery not at all....i can care less about the extent of it

Depends on the crime commited. If someone molests a child, most likely they won't last in prison same goes for wife beaters and child beaters. If youkilled a man out of rage then a death sentence is necessary. But IMO, why grant them serenity of escaping a 4x4 cell? IF anything the judge should offer theoffender a chance if they want to spend the reminder of their life in jail or a chance to commit suicide, most ppl I know would rather die than spend life inprison. After visiting prison on "Scared Straight" programs there's no WAY in hell i'd last. I am a 5'6 145 lb dude, the possibilitieswith me are endless, but I'd kill myself first chance I got, no way in hell i'm holding someone's pocket!
