it all depends if your car is paid for already. if not they pay what the car is worth at the time to the dealership then the balance will go towards you and you can use that for a down payment on another ride.

well, i took out a personal loan
so the car is technically mine, i just owe the bank
the car is literally falling apart as we speak...
i tried selling, but the day buyers were coming to look, somone hit the car and ran...
all potential buyers flaked...
i want to catch the car on fire, literally...
