Depends on your major..There are tons of majors where a Masters won't do much for your career (usually in the Liberal Arts field)


As for me, I graduate next week and I have ZERO excitement in my body

My girl keeps asking me if I'm hyped to be finishing and I keep saying that I'm not and she tells me I'm crazy..Idk just don't see the excitement in working non-stop for the next 4 decades, paying bills and being stressed to death

I already graduated in Fall 2010, but I walk on the 24th of May. I received a BA in art, concentration in illustration and animation.  Ever since I graduated, everything has gotten immensely tougher. Every time I turn around I am paying a bill, buying groceries, or paying rent. I am definitely not excited about walking the stage. My job even told me I could take the day off, but I told em I'm coming in still. I cannot afford one day off.

DO you feel like it was a waste of time and money? I loved living away from home and having a good time for 4 years but I also realized how much I could've learned on my own regarding the "real world" and the amount of money I could've made those 4 years.
