A friend ordered two pairs, both size 9 so I figured I'd try one of them on. suprisingly these fit perfect (I'm a 9.5-10) not bad but for $150 I might pass

Because, IMHO of course, they look like trash.
They all look puffy, off, and just don't look right. Not as sleek as the silhouette should be. Plus those 8 holes in the toe area.

Hey fan I might be getting a pair of darts but I want to make sure I get the right size. In nike's in wear a 9-9.5 but other shoes I can wear down to an 8 (like flip flops). Should I go with a 9 just to be safe?

We're practically the same size. Personally i got an 8 in the sock darts cause the 9 was a little too spacious for me towards the toe cap. about half an inch or more. Probably would depend if you prefer a snug or loose fit

Should be fairly soon.
Europe drop seems to be the 11th March for all 3 colors together.
So I assume USA will also drop Navy and Grey then.

I think for USA it is done that way, one color drop after another.
Other zones like EU and Asia is a single drop.
Taiwan / China dropped all 3 together last month.
Singapore dropped all 3 last week.
EndClothing is dropping on the 11th March for all 3 together as well.
