Sometimes Do Your Passwords Just Not Work?

I either changed a couple of my passwords for my bank and email accounts and forgot about it, or I've been trying to log in so many times that there's something totally obvious I'm forgetting about, or sometimes these things just don't work for a couple of days. Has this happened to you?
