because its not illegal protected under Digital Millennium Copyright Act for phones, but Sony might say the jailbreakers are infringing because the ps3 is not a phone

its def. R.I.P to the ps3 jailbreaking community. same thing happened to psp homebrew. sony sent a letter to dark_alex and he stopped cracking it.
Sony is messing up big time tho, they dont realize, free is the new demand. people want things free , and thats what you have to compete with. they just dont want to.
every other large corporation has sucessfully competed with "free" they offer premium service, or better updates, better feautures.
instead of fighting the guy that wants to play mario games on his ps3, why not make a netflix like subscription service where players pay $10 to play retro games?

^ sony is screwed with the ps3 and with the up and coming so called psp2/ phone.
its running on android and its capable of playing psone classics and who knows what other types of other games.

you have to use comgenie's awesome file manager or multiman to copy the roms from your usb device onto your ps3.

saturn emulator (fighter's megamix plus capcom arcade games with training mode)
psp emulator (for parasite eve's sequel, ff type 0, etc.)
wii emulator (to play all the mario games, tvc, dkcr, etc.)
nintendo 64 emulator (for mario 64)
gamecube emulator (to play paper mario)
xbox emulator (just so i can play jet set radio future since i never had an xbox)

your argument makes no sense. first you say free is the new demand. then you say they should just charge $10 to play retro games, which is basically what the wii and even some xbox arcade games accomplish. yet people still pirate those games even though they have the option to buy them at a low price point.
i'm all for open systems, however, people need to understand just what might happen from a development standpoint for future products.

the resize screen feature for fbanext is definitely great. if you don't have fbanext r410 for 3.55 firmware, get it now.

basically hit L1+R1+L2+R2 and go to resize screen, in game. from there you can use the analog sticks to resize the screen to your liking. now we can see lifebars, all the words on the screen, etc. and nothing is cut off. it helps a lot if you are on a standard def tv too, although the menu for fbanext before you start your rom, plus the menu that appears in the upper left corner when you hit L1+R1+L2+R2 needs a resize option for you guys on sdtv's as well.
r415 is out but i can't get roms to show up in that version yet. i'm sure it has to do with how my folders are...but til i get an answer, i'm using r410.
