2 different sellers which is legit, which isn't or are they both legit? I really want to buy a pair but im afraid of paying 400+ for some high quality fakes. Soles look different.

This sole looks different from the other.

This sole looks like it has a tint to it.

based off the pics you've provided both pairs look authentic. The clear soles looking different could be because of lighting (bottom pics look like there was less lighting) as mentioned by MuLLiNs7388.

Agreed with ArmorRig, both are legit. Lacebag hole in correct place (like Nike SBs), top lacehole is correct (the pink lacehole), and carbon fiber looks on point.
