How can you tell because the picture that shows the back of shoe makes me think other wise. Isn't the carbon fiber suppose to be a litte shiny?

 They are 99.9% LEGIT.  The carbon fiber turns dull when they sit in the box for a long time, mine are the same way.  Dull or shiney carbon fiber has nothing to do with fake or legit.  You can tell they are fake or legit from the pattern.  Where is the picture of the box top, if you want my last .1% get a picture of the box.  The sleeve looks uneven but thats probably the angle of the picture.
