Never seen yellowing like that on these. All the ones I've see are more of a solid brown all the way through the sole. Looks ok from these 3 pics but definitely get more if you can..

They appear to be legit. 99.9% certain. If you really want to be 100% sure, getting a picture of the shoes inner tag and the 23 on the back of the shoe would give you a definitive answer. The date on the inner tag should be touching the barcode, and there should be a space between the 2 and the 3 on the back of the shoe. I know you mentioned that those are the only pics you have, but try to get more if at all possible. Hope this helps.
