Space Jam XI GM

Just want to have a price check regarding GM pairs since every Space Jam 11 i see in my size are either beat up, or needs to be reglued, and still costs 270. DS pairs not in my size costs 500-600.

My option for now is to buy a GM pair for 200. Too much or fair?

I'm 50/50 in purchasing these GMs. If Grey Market pairs are really what they say about it, I'll pay retail on it.
Can't seem to make myself purchase worn plus damaged shoes for more than retail. That's just me though.
