I've read that there were leaked production notes and that the Greywind/Robb thing will happen with a twist.

I think there are some story changes coming. I'm willing to bet they make it that Jon's arrow kills Ygritte.

I wonder if they're gonna show Jon with an arrow in his leg in the aftermath since we didn't see Ygritte shoot one. Seems like no PW this season after all. Kind of disappointed. Looks like Tyrion is riding to meet with the Dornish possibly. Looks like Sam meets with Bran. Can't really tell what else is to happen next week.

kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

Can't just rush into that wedding right after this one, need to let this one sink in some more. Do that to start off (or in ep 2) of next season.

yeah i was surprised they didn't have ygritte shooting at him.

the red wedding really over shadowed all the other sad stuff. jon leaving ygritte. jorah being heartbroken

their faces are :frown:

but i definitely see the show ending with a lady stoneheart appearance. show watchers are pissed and need some resolve and hope

i also wonder what they're going to do with osha and rickon. they said they're going to head for the last hearth (the umbers) instead of skagos.

What does PW stand for? Forgot about Ygritte shooting him in the leg. I thought for a second that they were going to change it and have Ygritte ride off with him. She was loyal as loyal can be to him. Messed up that he dropped her with the quickness. He got in and got out, no dambs given when he already got in those yambs :smh:.

PW stands for purple wedding because Joffery turns purple when he chokes to death from the poison.
Oh ****, I Totally Forgot That Happens!
As the author of the popular Song Of Ice And Fire series of fantasy novels, it has been a pleasure and a joy to watch Game Of Thrones, HBO’s riveting television adaptation of my work. Every week, the show delights viewers, myself included, with a series of stirring performances, deftly maneuvered feats of visual storytelling, and eye-popping special effects. It truly is a joy to watch my novels—my life’s work—come to life on the screen, rendered with tact, faithfulness, and considerable filmmaking skill.

That being said, HOLY ******G ****. I totally forgot that whole thing about the Red Wedding! Christ almighty, talk about a punch in the goddamned gut. I must have been sitting there for 20 minutes afterwards just completely numb with disbelief, like, “What the hell did I just watch?”

I mean, is it that brutal in my book? I honestly don’t remember.

The whole time it was happening, I was literally just staring at my television in shock thinking, “Son of a *****, I forgot about that! Three of the story’s main characters are murdered in the most savage and horrific fashion imaginable!” My wife and I were sitting on the couch and we both just turned and looked at each other, like, “Whoa. That was intense.” I mean, I vaguely remember writing something like that, but that was years ago, you know? You forget these things.

And you don’t see it coming, either; that’s the thing. The previous episode capped off with the marriage of Tyrion Lannister and Sansa Stark, which seemed like it might be the real big event in a season that has largely been concerned with puzzle pieces falling into place. So with only two episodes left before the season’s conclusion, I was just looking forward to some more juicy exposition, no more, no less. But no! Catelyn Stark, Robb Stark, his wife Talisa and their unborn child—hell, even Robb’s wolf, Grey Wind—all slaughtered on the same night by the traitorous Walder Frey and his league of Lannister sympathizers! And at the end of a wedding no less! A goddamned wedding!

And here I was sitting on my couch like a child thinking about how sweet it was that Talisa wanted to name the baby after Ned Stark, and how emotional it would be in two minutes when Robb finally met up with Arya, who was right outside the whole time. I was looking forward to that scene for three whole episodes! I was 100 percent sure I had written it, too. I mean, who doesn’t want Arya to reunite with her family?

Then out of nowhere, boom! Catelyn Stark’s neck is sliced open with her firstborn son dead at her feet. And I suddenly remembered, “Oh, yeah! I did that.”

I think it was in Book Four. Or Book Three? One of those.

The worst part, though, was the moment right when I started to realize what I had written. It was after Lothar Frey went to the back of the room and closed those big doors and Catelyn Stark looked over at Roose Bolton and saw that he’s wearing chainmail under his nice clothes. That was the moment I thought, “****, that’s right. I think I might kill off Robb Stark here.” And then I did! And boy, was it a hard to thing to watch, especially when I had also completely blanked on the fact his mom dies right after.

This ******g show, you know? One minute Robb Stark is solidifying his military power on his way to King’s Landing and the next he’s bleeding out on the floor. Just goes to show you can’t get too attached to any of my characters.

Hell, I’m still getting over the death of Ned Stark in Season One.

And even though it’s my responsibility as an author to protect the integrity of my novels at all costs, I have to admit that I personally wouldn’t have noticed if they’d completely changed the story at that point and the episode had ended happily. Hell, those books were written a long time ago; you can’t expect me to remember every last detail. Sure, I’m an executive producer on the show and they send me all the scripts on these things, but I never read them. Those things are full of spoilers.

At any rate, holy ****! I almost don’t want to see what I do next week. All I know is Tyrion better not get killed, because if he dies I’m done with this show, man. Done.

I wonder if they'll include all of the Kettleback brothers or maybe just 1 or 2. People will probably get the impression that they were running a train on her. I think she was with only 2 of them though.

when I was watching season 1 I remember how much I missed lena headley getting rammed.
I need them to show her naked again

I think she's made the decision not to get naked on this show. She wasn't even naked when Jaime was hitting it doggy style in season 1 :smh:. I was looking at the graphic novel and she was supposed to be nude in that scene. I'll just watch her scene from 300 again .

IIRC from the books, they were there in ACOK when Stannis assaulted King's Landing. I THINK the Kingsguard that informed Cersei about the thieves when they were in hiding during the battle in season 2 may have been one of the Kettlebacks.

What happens to the remaining Stark soldiers in the Crossing?

Or did they all get killed?

All killed or held hostage by the Freys.

.
I've read on Wiki about her Penance Walk.

What would happen to that scene?

Damn.

^
Maybe she'll change her mind. We can all wish :frown:.

I'm guessing they'll just shoot her from the neck up for front shots and then a body / butt double for when they shoot her walking from behind.

What changes did Rhaegar wanted to make? I think it was mentioned in AFFC in one of Jamie's chapter?

It was never stated explicitly, Rhaegar just told Jamie that he'd call a council with all the great lords after he came back from fighting the rebellion.

I'm pretty sure he intended to despose his father and take the crown for himself because at that point, Aerys had already descended pretty far into crazy town. To make such a big move he would need a lot of support and backing which is what the council with all the lords was for.

Yeah, I just looked it up and it said nothing specific. Probably would've just stop all the craziness his father was doing and put him in his place. Does sound like Aerys was right in thinking that Rhaegar was going to overtake him.

Rhaegar sounded like a weird dude. Super emo but a skilled knight and always liked playing his harp.

This was an interesting tidbit, "Viserys Targaryen blamed his sister Daenerys once for the downfall of the Targaryens, because she was not born earlier, as Rhaegar could then have married her and might have never become interested in Lyanna". Silly Targaryens and their love of incest.

I think that was Rhaegar's downfall, he was too sensitive to rule Westeros
